Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR team member with minimum 04 years of work experience to lead & facilitate a variety of personnel related duties our organization. An ideal candidate is one who holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry (Logistics) will also be an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in HR activities that would majorly include end to end recruitment process, manage day to day HR operations including basic statutory compliances.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end recruitment process which includes screening, short listing & scheduling interviews for open mandates. Manage payroll for on roll & off roll staff including statutory compliances as per applicable states Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. Communicates changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed. Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program. Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization. Develops and maintains a HR MIS that meets the organization's personnel information needs. Willing to undertake planned travel for work between offices in Chandigarh & Jammu as per business requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Graduation/Post Graduation with HR specialization Good communication skills both written & oral English. Good at MS Excel & Word.
