Job Description

Note: VIRTUAL interviews will not be conducted.

Walk-ins: Monday -Friday

5 Days Working (Mon-Fri)

Night Shift Timings : 7 PM - 4 AM ,

**Job Location : Vijayawada

Work From Office(Offline)**

Education Qualification : Any Degree (Mandate)

Salary : 15,000/+ Attractive Incentives

Job Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Computer knowledge-MS office(Excel,Word)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Proficiency in using Job Boards like: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CB, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidate.

Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients.

Clear understanding of the US Staffing Processes/ Techniques Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc).

Must Have :

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Computer knowledge-MS office(excel, word)
Should have Basic knowledge on job portals
