Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline
Coach & guide the producers to cross sell and grow their business
Make individual producer grow at least by 20% Year On Year
Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
Support/guide the producers in all activities related policy services
To recruit and appoint producers for General Insurance business
Train producers on products, process and USPs of Co.
