Job Description
: Only candidates with 12+ years of experience in administrative functions mayapply; Candidates having experience in handling various offices across Pan India preferred;
Experience reporting to Top Management would be an added advantage.
Reporting to the Group Head - HR && Administration, responsible for:
Managing administration and facilities management
Executing end to end projects from identification of requirements to completion
Setting up new offices
Providing expertise in Compliances and licensing for workplace
Execute Environmental Management
Leading initiatives like space and workplace Management
The role requires excellent track record in handling teams leading for any change management
Requirements:
Male Candidate
Stays in Western Suburbs ONLY
Min 12 years experience handling core Admin activities with more than a team of 12 to 15
subordinates
Handling more than 5 to 6 states.
Have experience in setting up a New Office mandatorily. Must have handled Security
Management and Housekeeping through .
Written Communication skills a must.
Should be able to prepare reports. Must be proficient in MS Office Tools Interested candidates can share their updated resumes on hidden_email
