Job Description
:Must have Knowledge on:
- BI Concepts (Basic)
- Data Management: Ability to deal with data
- Experience working with Agile projects
Good to have:
- SQL
- Experience with one or more of the following analytic and reporting platforms and applications is a plus: SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, QlikView
- Knowledge on Finance domain
Product SME
- Maintains a solid knowledgebase of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter Specialist in the various areas and products within the Analytics and Reporting Studio
Project onboarding
- Collaborates with the PM/EM in creating and presenting the appropriate project onboarding processes and materials (Charter, SOW).
ADO & Documentation
- Creates documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.
Requirements
- Interfaces with clients to define and document requirements for a named set of custom-developed or vendor software products.
- Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end-user and customer needs.
- Defines and analyzes business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
Product Backlog
- Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the PM/EM to prioritize requirements, define and managing scope and sprints for a project.
Issues & Escalation
- Triage Issues & Enhancements as they are received
- Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
Delivery
- Assists the EM/PM in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products.
QA & UAT
- Leads and is responsible for all Testing and QA activities within the project lifecycle.
- Works with and directs offshore QA resources to develop and execute Test Plans, Test Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products.
- Works with the PM/EM and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Status Reporting
- Assists EM/PM with status reporting as required by Deloitte Applications Studio leadership.
Quality & Customer Satisfaction
- Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
