Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

To deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brands Beauty Advisors
To organize Quarterly/annual/half year regional motivation gathering for Beauty Advisors with customers.
To develop and motivate Beauty Advisors through training and coaching
Must train the Beauty Advisors to ensure the information on products are updated.
Have to identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
Have to work closely with management on market trends, competition knowledge
Have to manage and maintain the day-to-day visual in our counters
Have to manage Beauty Advisors grooming and monitor it on daily basis
Have to perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Have to travel based on training requirements as and when.

Desired candidate profile:

Ideally in a skincare, Beauty, and cosmetic training environment.
Training experience of minimum 1-1.5 years
Delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales
capabilities.
Good level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good skills in MIS
Technologically sound on LMS, Video creations, google assessments
Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
Able to start work immediately
