Senior Software Engineer/ Fullstack Developer @ H&

You will get the opportunity to work with greenfield development on a whole new project moving our existing product to the cloud to modernize the way we work and future proof the business. It is a plus if you are proactive, curious and have a passion for the business since your ability to translate business needs into solutions is a big part of the role.

Responsibilities

As a team we are fully responsible for the whole development cycle, design, build, test, deploy, evaluate, and repeat. The mindset You build it you run it are key for us. We are measured on business outcome, not code merge or defects.

As a Software Engineer in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, be excited about creating something new and challenge the status quo. Other important skills needed in this role is to keep it simple, be open to new ideas and have an innovative mindset.
