Roles and Responsibilities Job Description: -

1. Candidates from Background Verification Industry / Client servicing / KPO/BPO (Non Voice) Industry
2. Good in written and verbal communication
3. Strong knowledge in MS Excel and MS Power Point
4. Team Management
5. Strong in Operations
6. Resourcefulness and commitment oriented
7. Ensure 100% quality adherence to SLAs
8. Strong knowledge in MIS preparation
9. Close coordination with various internal teams in order to meet TAT
10.Preference will be given for Immediate Joiner

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Advance Excel Knowledge ( Vlookup, Pivot, If conditions ) Must.
• Ability to manage a team and assure deliverables including customer interface, must possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Multitasking Skill & Excellent communication skill.
