Roles & Responsibilities:
- JD - This Job Role is responsible for the Alarm monitoring, L1 fault management, coordination, management and execution of Field Services activities supporting other Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering when in-site activities must be performed, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
- The general description of the activities can be found at the Services Elements description. This Job Role should be aligned with the Service Function, Field Services. This Service Function is composed by a number of Services Elements and Activities that define the scope of work according to the Ericsson Managed Services offer.
- This Job Role is a local function and will perform mostly in-site activities for the other Operations functions and some SIP functions (especially as a result of engineering or deployment activities). Ensure work is executed within Project OHS requirements.
