Greetings!

We are hiring Engineer - NOC department for ATS Technology Group. Please find below the job description for the same and share your resume for the same.

NOC Engineers resolve any issues related to the servers, networks and telecommunications by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring. The skills required for a NOC, or Network Operations Center include network support, network administration and management, switching and routing.

Troubleshooting and Resolution

ISP & Broadband customer handling

Documentation and Reporting

Vendor coordination

Network analysis and routine troubleshooting

Knowledge of network cabling, network classification and network topology

Rotational shift (Including night shift)

Interview Process -

1st round - HR round (Telephonic)

2nd round - Technical Round (Video Call on MS Teams)

Final Salary discussion with HR
