Senior Principal Network Consultant

Location: Mumbai

Fulltime

Responsibilities:

- 12+ year experience with expert Knowledge in Cisco Routing and Switching technologies

- Must have knowledge and experience on Software defined technologies such as Cisco ACI and SDA, must have expert knowledge in managing Multicast traffic

- Have at least 5 years of experience in leading diverse team of technical members

- Expert in Cisco Networking Technologies. Cisco ACI. Very good working knowledge on BGP, OSPF, STP, Lan Switching, QoS, Multicast, MPLS, Wireless, etc. and products experience on Cat 6K, Nexus, ISR, ASR, etc.

- Working Knowledge as well as implementation skills and troubleshooting skills on Cisco switches, Routers and Wireless

- Very good communication in Oral, Written & Presentation skills with English language

- Should have experience in working with ITIL based processes framework, such as change management, problem management, incident management, etc.

- Customer management, Problem understanding, resolving, Technical support, service request and Change Implementation experience

- Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on Routing and Switching

- CCIE R&S or CCIE-DC certification would be preferred and active CCNP/CCDP certification is must
