Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and planning the construction project
- Surveying the construction site and providing a detailed report on how to carry out the project and its consequences
- Contactor finalization
- Ensuring Occupational Health & Safety compliance on site
- Advising the workers on the construction process and addressing their concerns
- Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff
- Solving construction problems as soundly as possible
- Keeping Management and relevant stakeholders informed of progress including possible impediments to construction works
- Conducting surveys on the sites where the construction is to take place
- Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
- Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants
- Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met
- Budget for the project within an estimated cost
- Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them
- Controlling the cost of the materials and labour
- Selecting the ideal equipment's to be used
- Strong quality management and process improvement;
- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
- Lead and direct onsite construction teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 08+ years civil engineering experience of high rise residential buildings
- Highly developed team management and leadership skills
