- Working as Project Manager (3 yrs & Above )
- Erp Projects or (Auto cad /Plm Management /Oracle/Sap /Apicore) Projects Must Completed .
- 5 yrs mandatory experience on Project Management.
- Implementation Project experience needed
- It Infrastructure Domain will also do
- Will take care of multiple projects
- Pm Experience or Delivery
- Erp or Any Engineering experience application or Ms Application (Share point)
About the role management and benefit realization.
- Facilitate analysis and consultation to determine project requirements and scope
- Facilitate the solution design within Group Digital (it) e.g. infrastructure, data management, security, mobility, platforms, systems integrations and operations
- Establish work priorities for and direct the efforts of personnel (including consultants or contractors) involved in project-controlled tasks required to meet an approved project objectives
- Provides expedient response, resolution of roadblocks, mitigation of risks, and re-evaluation of priorities for the team
Skills
- Knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Methodologies
- Knowledgeable in Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent knowledge in application development and the ability to navigate projects that include networking, system integrations, platforms, security, migrations
- Fundamental understanding of organizational change management and benefit realization
- Strong foundation in the delivery of it solutions/capabilities to solve large, complex business problems
Requirements
- Full understanding of the software delivery lifecycle including agile practices and scrum
- Proven experience delivering it projects from initiation to execution within cost and schedule constraints
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, a self-starter and independent
