Multinational Companies are hiring for voice & non-voice process

Job Location: Western | Central | Harbour

Key Skills Required:

* Any HSC or Graduate freshers are welcomed.

* Prior experience will be an added advantage.
* Must be Good in Communication.

* Salary Range- up to 40k

* Openings for Day shift/ Night shifts.

The client prefers candidates who have provided Customer support majorly on voice to US / UK / Europe / Australia.

Need immediate joiners.

For Chat International: HSC with Minimum 2 and Maximum 5 Years of experience (Should have minimum 12 months of INTERNATIONAL CHAT Experience) BE / Btech / Bsc IT can also apply

Graduates with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 Years of experience (Should have a minimum of 6 months of INTERNATIONAL CHAT Experience) BE / Btech / Bsc IT can also apply.

Should have atleast 30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy

For International process Good Communication skills: Fluency, Grammar & Neutral Accent (B29 - Voice Select quality)

For Domestic process: Average to good Communications skills can do.
