Urgent opening for Assistant Quality Manager in Food Processing Industry @ Baddi(H.P) Location.

Experience - 4 to 5 Years in Quality from Food Industry Only

Salary - 32,000 to 35,000 Per Month Gross

Qualification - B.Tech Food

Male Candidate Only

Preferred Candidates from Food Processing Industry Only

Job Profile

BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, Handling Customer Complaint

Monitoring and controlling of In-Process Quality activities to meet the customer requirement.
Good exposure in Spices & its Extraction and performing of all Test analysis (Physical & Chemical, Microbiological, Pesticides, Afla, Ochra toxins and Dyes) as per ASTA, AOAC & BAM.
Monitoring critical parameters for Quality like tensions, temperatures, pressures, nip loads, line load etc.
Pre-order Samples: Preparing Samples as per the customer requirement to get more exposure
Performing role as HACCP Team Leader, SQF Practitioner & FSTL. Leading in External Audits, Customer Audits and Supplier Audits as well.
Conducting Food Safety Monthly Review Meeting under BRC Standard requirement.
Preparation of Food Safety Quality Manual (FSQM), HACCP, FSMS, SQF, BRC & ISO-17025 Manuals and keen in implementation of such standards on shop floor.
