10 am to 7 Pm , 6 days a week in a Corporate Office.
Responsibilities:
Need to support Customers.
Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations .
Provide E-mail and Phone support
Preparing basic reports in Excel
Key Skills:
Good at MS office
Good at English (spoken and written)
Must be soft spoken
Ready to learn new things and a team player
He/ she must be very sincere and responsible as every response affects the customers future purchase.
