Job Description
We are looking for smart and dynamic professionals with relevant experience in Project Management to join us immediately on a contract of 9 months.
Job details
- Experience: 3+ relevant years
- Employment Type: Contractual role for 9 months
- Location: Can work remotely (internet bandwidth should be good)
- Work Timings: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am
Roles and Responsibilities
- Works with category teams to expedite contracts through Contracting Workstream process
- Tracks contracts on E2E tracker
- Communicates with Category DRIs to share progress and risks
- Communicates progress to contracting workstream leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Ability to partner and influence people at all levels of the organization and from multiple locations
- Proactive, curious and continuous improvement mindset
- Open to new ideas, rapid change and adopting new technologies
- Good knowledge MS Excel
- Prior experience in data analysis, complex data mapping, and data reconciliation
- Ability to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to work flexibly, quickly, and accurately under tight deadlines
- Exposure in Pharma/ healthcare is an added advantage
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Smartsheets, and Tableau will be an advantage
