OAK LEAF HR LLP is hiring for the position of Team Lead

Designation - Team Lead
Experience - 1 - 2 Year
CTC - Up to 3.6LPA
Shift - Day Shift
Working Days - 6 Days working/ 1 Day off (Sunday)
Location - #10/1, ground floor, queens road, opp to Aster Labs, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore 560052

Required Skills
1) Proven Experience on Team Lead for minimum 6 Months+ with 2 years of experience in BPO/KPO, Tele - calling.
2) Handled minimum 5+ Team Member
3) Knowledge on team building, team handling will be an additional advantage
4) Good knowledge on Microsoft applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) and basic computer knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Conducting team huddles
2) Tracking and monitoring calls made by the recruitment team
3) Daily portal usage reports
4) Generate midday and end of day (EOD) reports
5) Internal Hiring 1 Hour Before EOD
6) Ensuring smooth functioning day to day activities
