We are hiring for the Customer Support Executive for BPO Process

Post: Customer Service Executive / Customer Support Executive.

Note:- Inbound / Outbound depending upon the client requirement.

Location:- Kolkata

Process:-Blended process (voice Process)

Salary :-12 K CTC/ Month,to 18 K CTC(must have aminimum of 12 Month)

Fresher and Experience both eligible.

Language Mandatory:-

Hindi & English Communication.

• This is apremium voice processfor enterprise business of our telecom partner
  (Customer Service)
• Grad withMin 6 monthRelevant experience (Calling/Customer service Exp) mandate .
• Flexible to work in any shiftbetween 8 am to 9 pm
• Working days 6daysworking
• Candidate should be Ok withRotational Offs. Ok with travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off.
• Work from Office

Note:-6 days Workingand1 Week Rotational Off
