Job Description

Salary: 4-8 LPA

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 2-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage a team of developers, designers, coders, and other professionals

working on various web development projects.

Manage schedules, work assignments, status reports, project budgets, the scope of work, milestones, risk, change control, allocated resources, etc.

Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company s standards.

Create standards; implement processes and new technologies for continuously improvement of operational standards of excellence.

Maintains formal project tracking utilizing various tools and proactively communicates, manages, and resolves project issues and risks.

Handling client communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

Must be able to adapt to new and changing techniques.

Delivering results-driven web solutions to clients on time, while exceeding clients expectations, and meeting objectives.

Desirable profile :

At least 2+ years of project management with a web development firm have a proven record of accomplishment as a project manager on medium to large web projects.

Ability to demonstrate completed web projects and explain the role played in these projects.

Have a solid technical understanding of the web technologies and solutions behind these projects and strong computer skills.

Have excellent team management, communications, people, and written skills.

Possess strong client management skills.

Proficient in managing cross-functional teams/projects.
