Job Description

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience working as a Backend Engineer using Reactjs, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and/or Typescript

extensions

• Hands-on experience with relational databases like Postgres
• Must have experience with REST APIs or GraphQL
• Experience building / consuming OpenAPI and GraphQL specifications
• Must have experience working on AWS and Docker
• Must possess good knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD
• Should have experience in building microservices systems and testing them
• Must have in-depth knowledge of system design and optimization
• Experience with Scala/Kotlin/Java/Golang will be a plus
• Experience with BDD (behavior-driven development) will be an added advantage
• Must have experience working in a Global distributed team environments like Europe, US, and Asia
• Must possess the ability to think critically and holistically
• Seasoned and current with CSS, HTML, and design systems, with both skill and

passion for translating designs into high-quality user experiences

• Experience developing user interfaces in consideration of SEO, user analytics and

responsive designs

• Familiar with cloud-native system design and modern authorization/authentication

mechanisms (particularly JWT), to be able to troubleshoot independently and advise

on best practices

• Passionate about good engineering practices and processes from code quality,

productivity and performance optimization, to automated testing and continuous

integration/delivery
