Job Description
ALZA is expanding operations in Kerala and other part of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 Business Managers (BDM), So we select our new joiners as Management Associate and develop them holistically in all functional areas of International Business Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-8-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Business Associate => HR Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Branch Head => Business Head.
On the job training would be given at every level and promotions will be based entirely on individual performance.
