Telecallers will be majorily doing the cold calls and inviting applicants for Counselling

Roles and Responsibility

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Responsible for Student Counselling/career counselling.
• Responsible for Calling and fixing appointments
• Should be fluent in English and Telugu, Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Contacting potential customers to inform them about service using scripts.
• Answering questions about service or the company
• Flexibility to work under pressure
• Adhering to the deadlines
• Must be punctual.
