Job Responsibility Key Activities: 1. Sales and Marketing - Customer visits, meet and present company business offering and maintain good repute of the company with the customers 2. Understand the business needs of the customer and generate profitable business. 3. Update himself on product profile and augment it suiting to exceed the business 4. Identify suitable suppliers for new requirement and prepare market information, market scope etc 5. Should be able to implement and achieve design-in's by gainiang 6. Generate MIS reports 7. Arrangement for the principal business visits. 8. Relationship Management Maintaining smooth relationship within the customer and internalteams by timely submission of inputs, prompt in replies and follow up. 9. Timely collection of follow ups 10. Relevant/Additional Experience Experience in the sales domain of electronics product / 11. components/ etc for Industrial / Defense / any other Hirel market. 12. Industry preference Any Hi Rel segment 13. Computer Knowledge M.S. Office, Internet, M.S. Projects 14. Languages English, Hindi, Local Language 15. Competencies (Managerial and 16. Behavioral, required for the job) 17. Good Presentation Skill 18. Strong persuasive ability 19. Excellent communication in English in both written and verbal 20. Interpersonal skill 21.
