Branch Service managers are typically responsible for all the servicing function of the branch. They liaise with internal departments to fulfil customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
Servicing walk in customer, dealer request, request received via courier
Attending to customer calls
Servicing customers via Email, CHAT and Whats up
Meet process goals and metrics including CSAT and NPS
Complete follow through on customer issues and closure.
Requirements and Skills:
Good Communication Skills Oral and Written
Strong analytical skill
Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities
Prior branch service experience is needed
Preference: Prior stock broking service experience
