Roles and Responsibilities
(TECHNICAL SUPPORT/ ENGINEER IN PHOTOCOPIER MACHINES & PRINTERS)
- To ensure timely Installation, Repairing, preventive maintenance of photocopier b/w and color, printers, xerox, have wide format experience MFDs as per the specific / defined need of the customer and order.
- To control and monitor the consumption of spares parts, consumables like Drum, Fixing toner to achieve the gross margin target on monthly basis
- Achieve and maintain Response time, down time, first time fix, same day fix, Quality calls, Early call failure, Productivity, Gross margin , customer feedback , billing revenue ,Contract Penetration
- Generate revenue through Consumables sales, TG, AMC, Contract Renewal, Spare parts sales
- Production printer knowledge.
- Troubleshooting Maintenance of MFP.
- Configuration of MFP to Local Area Network and Single PC. Troubleshooting LAN and Basic IT problem related for MFP.
- Demo of all Models of MFPs B/w and color photocopiers.
- Daily and Monthly production data for Field Repairable Unit (FRU) maintenance to be updated pertaining to FRU Operations.
- Misc. duties like recovery on non-saleable machines/photocopiers.
- Take the feedback from the client & takes advice from seniors for better output to keep the high reputation of the company.
- Technically satisfy the client and co-operate with the seniors for the better results.
- Adding new business to the exiting list of clientele.
- Maintaining strong relationship with Customers, Dealers and ensuring their satisfaction also. Teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross functional team

- Service call Report
- Monthly Reports

- Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
