Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitating the preparation of and validating the financial statements presented to banks, shareholders and regulatory or fiscal authorities.
- Perform month - end closing activities and reconciliations, perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchanges.
- Ensure that accounting and payments to suppliers in time, reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts, reconciliation of inventory, and establishing effective control over collection from customers.
- Should have experience or sound knowledge in GST calculation and depositing of tax and knowledge of maintaining GSTR-2 register.
- Daily monitoring of all key KPIs of the entity and issuing daily, weekly monthly and annual financial reports (MIS) for the entity and group management.
- Responsible for monthly Reconciliation such as Gross Pay recon, Net Pay recon, TDS Recon including Payroll accounting, General Ledger Reconciliation, Journal voucher preparation, Time and Attendance, Leave Management.
- Reconciling all Control and Statutory payable accounts with respective GL balance before making payments.
- Ensure that service tax returns, claims for refund are filed with the department in time
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Finance Executive in a Product/Service Based Company.
Sounds Knowledge on Accounting Entries , Bank and Cash Reconciliation , Cash Flow Process.
