1. JOB PURPOSE:
Attending customers queries/complaints as per defined SOP through Inbound and Outbound Calls, CHATs and Emails. Precise training and on job experience shall be imparted time to time to help in meeting expectations. Objective is to create more employment scopes especially for Semi Skilled citizens.

2. Skill Sets:
EDUCATION: 10+2 & Above
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Good in English communication and writing.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience in BPO/Call Centre, preferably in Finance (Fresher can also apply).
GENDER: Both Male and Female can apply
OPERATION WINDOW: 8am 8pm (9 Hour Window.)
Relocation: Should be a resident of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad or ready to relocate.
EDUCATION : 10+2 & Above
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY : Good in English communication and writing
