Test Lead - Bengaluru/Bangalore - Harman @ HARMAN

Automotive Division and is located in Bengaluru, India. In this position you will lead a team of engineers to define Harman s strategy for the verification and validation of Future ADAS products. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, significant validation experience and the ability to build and run a global validation team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of engineers to develop and execute the test plans that meets both performance and safety requirements for ADAS products

• Provide leadership in the definition of validation requirements and testing strategies for ADAS Systems for simulated and real world environments

• Develop processes and tools required for bench and vehicle validation function

• Generate safety requirements for testing from the functional requirements.

• Properly documenting all test procedures, working within the tracking system, and ensuring test results traceability.

• Defining and coordinating global data collection standards.

• Propose and implement a data storage system to be compatible with customers and suppliers

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineer/Computer Science

• 8+ years of automotive test/validation work experience required

• Experience with test plan development for non-deterministic systems

• Hands on experience in HIL or SIL testing strategies is a must

• Hands on experience in vehicle systems and ADAS/Active Safety development

• Proficiency with standard engineering tools

• Familiar with Agile development methodologies and test driven development

• Ability to work effectively within a global matrix environment

• Self motivated, result driven individual, must be passionate about the work

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

Eligibility Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 20%
