Job Description

Track & Trace Executive.

CTC for the role will be 2.5 LPA
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)
Work Ex : 4+ Years

Below JD for the requirement

Key Responsibilities :

Tracking and confirmation for connections as per pre-alert
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Logistic and courier companies.
Strong Knowledge of EXCEL / MIS - (must)
Good Analytical skill
Prepare and maintain daily / weekly and monthly reports on time.
Strong followup and coordination with the Hub /gateway and regional team and get the work done from the team on a timely basis.
Escalate the issue as per hierarchy till end results are not achieved.
Need to close assigned tasks on a daily basis.
Air Lines , Hub and operations knowledge will be a plus point.
