Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Effective communication with the overseas agents and offices.

Scope of activities will include:

receiving inquiries from overseas offices o obtaining prices from vendors

quoting to the inquiries and securing business

coordinating with operations for smooth execution of the shipments

updating status to overseas offices

invoicing and recovery of payments Internal pricing for the Sales team

Candidate should have knowledge of the following:

thorough understanding of freight forwarding business

fluent in communication with overseas agencies

Candidates should have at least 5 to 10 years experience.
