PROFILE : PHONE BANKING OFFICER

LOCATION: Rohini West, North Delhi

Job Role :

Phone banking Officer/ Inbound process
Receive the calls from the bank customers and resolve their banking related queries.
Assist them with their account related queries, needs and requirements
customer support

No Filed work.

* Detailed training will be provided to the candidates.

* Salary is Fixed + unlimited incentives

Males/ Females both can apply.

Salary :17700 /- gross fixed + very attractive incentives

Requirements :

* Minimum qualification, graduation should be completed in any field

* Good English Fluency

* Freshers and experienced in voice process, both can apply.
