Responsible for the coordination, support, management and IP network maintenance to ensure that services are being provided to customers within SLAs.
Responsible for 1st level operation and maintenance (O&M) of IP delivery solutions and services

Required Candidate profile

Experience of working on technologies like IPv4,IPv6 , MPLS , Ethernet Frame Relay , ATM
Good Experience of Routing and switching products, specifically Cisco
