Job Description
ob Description Development of integrated circuit diagrams Creation of the electrical schematics using the Zuken E3 series tool. Define Electrical Design rules and integration concepts in cooperation with Electrical architect, Electromechanical lead, safety engineers and system engineers. Validate the same inline with manufacturing needs. Integration of systems in one complete circuit diagram according the actual norms, standards and requirements Drive design reviews and First Article Inspections (FAIs) Supporting to prepare hard wired logic diagram based on electrical and functional architecture requirements To analyse integration requirements and sub-system supplier inputs which are necessary for generating circuit design To be present in the sub-system design reviews with supplier and customer related to integration needs. Analyse and optimise the technical choices in terms of cost, reliability and safety. Support test spec document preparation. Translate the train Control/Command into wiring diagrams. Manage the electrical interfaces with other systems and support for developing the cabling diagram / physical integration and defining the electrical components. Ensure overall vehicle electrical integrity and performance. To review / verify the integrated circuit diagram in-line with functional circuit design Participate in vehicle design reviews To be the Engineering function(s) direct interface to the Project Engineer and the other project members with regards to the vehicle function and electrical requirements. Reviewing functional test and validation documents. Alerting System, Vehicle or Project Engineers of any issue that may affect the fulfilment of the project targets. Provide field support during product introduction, reliability growth, and warranty period, in seeking solutions to electrical functional problem
