Required Experience & Technical Stack

• 20+ years career either in QAT Domain or QAT IT Domain
• 3+ years relevant experience as Architect-Performance Testing
• 9+ years relevant experience in QAT Practice
• Ability to conduct performance testing and tools assessment
• Deep knowledge and understanding of performance testing and engineering
• Strong expertise in working with open source and industry leading tools
• Banking and payment domain expertise (recommended)
• Early performance testing - API, MQ, Etc.
• Performance Test Planning
• Workload modelling
• Capacity planning
• Agile Methodology experience
• Global delivery model
• Strong ability to work independently with IT and Business key stakeholders
• Develop and design performance test scenarios and scripts
• Execute performance test scripts
• Test and Defect Management for performance testing
• Communication and Reporting
• Ability to identify bottle-necks using performance engineering tools (App. dynamics, Dynatrace)
