Job Description

:
Graduate with minimum 8 years experience of Contact Center (International BPO)
At least 3 years experience in Spanish Inbound call quality function (International BPO)
Excellent communication skills for English .
Must have worked with process excellence/operational excellence/transnational quality.
Client relationship experience is must.
Supervisory Experience in quality domain would be an added advantage
Exposure to transition or project management would be an added advantage

.
Max. Package up to- 7.5 LPA.
Both side cab
Shift timing- 4 pm to 1 am.
Saturday, Sunday will be the fixed off.
