Salary offered: Rs 20000 to 25000 pm

Candidate profile
- Preferably Graduate / Diploma in Science / Engg / Pharma with min. 3 years experience in Sales Coordination and specialised in Tender preparation & Quotation in any reputed manufacturing / technical products cos.
- Other graduates with relevant experience would also be considered on merit
- Good understanding of making technical & financial bids / tenders & quotations
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient with computers (MS Office)
Job Profile:
Assist the management in
- Private sector & Government tendering process (e-tendering, bid / quotation preparation & submission)
- Search online regularly for tenders announcement & download.
- Check with Director / technical team re. any technical or commercial clarifications required to be obtained from buyer and communication / email the Tender Issuers for same
- Preparation & submission of Technical and Financial bids
- Follow up status of tender
- Preparation of quotation & RFQ Tender documents.
- Coordinating with customers and internal departments on regular basis to ensure seamless and efficient fulfilment of orders
- Wherever necessary, providing information for vendor registration
- Keep track of and prepare regular MIS reports of all tender and sales data including status, competitor bids / pricing, etc
- Coordinate with accounts dept regarding raising of invoices after tender is executed successfully
