Roles and Responsibilities
1) Responsible for housekeeping by following highest standards of cleanliness Can handle appx 20-30 support staff which includes HK/Pantry staff etc
2) Should be well versed with general maintenance work i.e civil, furniture and fixtures.
3) Vendor management where he have chunk of vendors for daily maintenance work.
4) Electrical knowledge related to MCBs, PCB pannel, ACs, AHUs and other electrical items.
5) Company Asset Management.
6) Proficient with MS office.
7) Managing company events: seminars, annual meetings, rewards & recognition programs etc.
8)Responsible for all sorts of liaising work at the corporate & branch offices.
9)Handling end-to-end travel arrangements for employees both within and outside the country, this will include hotel arrangements, air tickets and local transportation.
10)Management of vendors along with supervision of the various AMCs, such as, photocopier, AHU, fire extinguisher.
11)Purchase of printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
