Job Description

Knowledge of all module (Production, Finance , A/R , A/P , Costing , Inventory , HRMS etc)
Creating reports by using queries, user-defined fields, formatted searches and user-defined tables
Basic Knowledge of Operating System ( Suse Linux )
Conducting training for users on SAP functionality
Supervising and maintaining Database backups and HANA Servers
Developed forms and structures of Print Layout designs
Provided technical support in case of issues related to SAP Business One, and SQL Server setup
Analyses and customized Ledger, Sales, Purchase, and other modules as required
Experience in A/R & A/P process flows.
Experience in setting up of user Authorizations & Approval stages for various Document Types.
Hands-on experience is creating various BOM types.
Experience in setting up of Serial numbers / Batch Numbers for items.
Experience in creating User Acceptance Test (UAT) manuals.
Capable of configuration in system Master Data: Enterprise structure, Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, Purchase Info Records & Transactional Data: Purchasing documents, External Services Management, Physical Inventory
