Good Hands on knowledge on ETL tool - preferably on GCP, Python, experience to lead a team of 5-6 resources, Good Communication

Play role of a:

• Pod Lead (team management: motivation, resolve friction, reduce burndown, protect overcommitment, etc)
• Technical Lead (provide technical support)
• Drive Scrum related meetings:
• DSUM (Daily stand up meeting)
• Sprint Retrospective
• Sprint Planning
• Own delivery:
• Timely delivery (Ensure Sprint burndown is ideal)
• Provide LOE (level of effort) and schedule as requested.
• Mid sprint review - risks, challenges, trade off with PO
• Quality
• Ensure Pod members are unblocked on technical issues.
• Be present and contribute to all the meetings which need technical inputs/support.
• Track Sprint progress and identify technical risks, infrastructure issues - coordinate with SRE for getting it resolved (create contingency and mitigation plan).
• Provide Sprint demos to the POs and other parties.
• Support in hiring Leads and Pod Members
• Ensure that the Pod members are implementing best practices and following standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with US team members
