Urgent opening for Legal Manager in ICICI Lombard.

Location: Bhopal, Nagpur , Lucknow, Hubbali, Coimbatore.

Candidate should be able to read, write and speak local language of respective location.

• To handle Motor Third Party (MACT) Cases, Consumer Litigation and

• Other legal matters related to the assigned location/area through a team of empaneled lawyers.

• To monitor MACT, Consumer and connected litigations for assigned area.

• To manage and administer the day to day proceedings of matters at different tires of litigation.

• To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in the litigations.

• To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to the MACT claims.

• Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and co ordination with external counsels.

Max CTC: 5.5 LPA

Qualification LLB/LLM with 3-4 years of experience (Pref in General Insurance)
