We are hiring for Non Technical Recruiter position who has minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a contract to hire position for 2 years, and for Bangalore location.
Job Discerption : Non-Tech Recruiter :
ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiters and/or hiring managers
Sourcing talented and diverse candidates through innovative sourcing techniques
Developing proactive sourcing action plans that are aligned with business strategies
Screening resumes and candidates for basic QUALIFICATIONS and to assess interest
Influence hiring decisions by assessing talent through behavioral based interviews, facilitating selection decisions and extending job offers
Staying current with market conditions and industry trends
Representing the Target brand by promoting Target as an employer of choice
Supporting and tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process
Utilizing the available tools and resources to deliver results
Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiters and/or hiring managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of recruiting experience
Cold calling experience
Good experience in hiring for BPOs/Call Centers
Solid networking skills
Ability to sell open positions
Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
Microsoft Windows - Word/Excel/PowerPoint
