Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs in order to effectively gather and document business requirements
- Get involved in the planning and analysis phase of the product lifecycle
- Evaluate requirements against existing business and system processes
- Create business requirement document (BRD)/ system specification documents (SSD), prototypes, workflow diagrams, use case diagrams etc.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to evaluate and document existing business processes and future business needs
- Provide detailed walkthrough sessions to all Stakeholders (internal & external) for gathered requirements
- Assist all Stakeholders (internal & external) for seamless execution of User Acceptance testing phase and drive triage meetings for all logged issues
- Ability to understand and articulate end-to-end scenarios technically and functionally and Identify opportunities to improve existing business and system processes.
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, research, and time management skills
- Experience in Salesforce automation (SFA), Lead to Order management, Sales performance management, Workflow automation, Campaign management, Web2Lead, Account and Content management.
- Experienced in Software development life cycle models like Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in manual testing and system testing & UAT on all Salesforce.com cloud applications
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years Salesforce experience
- Strong hands on Salesforce Configuration and Customization
- Salesforce Certified 3 certification minimum (Ideally: System Administrator, Sales, CPQ and Service)
- Familiar with Sales Cloud with Pipeline/Funnel Management.
- 5+ years Consultancy experience
- Agile or Scrum project lifecycles
- Experience in gathering user requirements and user stories
- Ability to demonstrate experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
