Experience: (2-5) Yrs Prior Experience in HR Operations, Site Coordination & Business Management in Corporate Office (HO)

Salary: 3L to 4L CTC
Reporting to: Management

Location: Bhubaneswar (Odisha)- HO
Viman Nagar - PUNE

Job Description:

• Negotiate and Manage Client Contracts and Maintain primary point-of-contact relationships with Plant/Manufacturing Unit and Human resources.
• Serve as coordination between Manufacturing Unit, Plant Head Office, Vendors and all levels of Corporate Personnel, Plant Site Managers & Line Supervisors.
• Analysis on new Requirements, Client Meeting with Technical Team in Plants & Client Corporate Office with Plant HR & Plant Head, Business Head.
• Coordination with SGK India Plant Site Technical Team & Supervisors, Grievances handle
• Must be Good knowledge in Drafting, Excel Sheet, PPT, Smartness & Independent Plant Site Coordination Capacity. Client Meeting, Attend different HR & Technical Seminars.
