Required Skills:
Qualification: Any Graduation & Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Recruitment.
Salary : 15K to 30K
Shift: Day Shift
Location : RT-nagar ( Bangalore )

Roles & Responsibility
Handling the entire recruiting cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and placing qualified Candidates, Making offers, creating contracts and closing candidates that can help actualize corporate missions etc.
Coordinating with the Client HR & managers to arrange technical panels for interview.
Sourcing profiles from Database / Various Web Portals / LinkedIn
Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
Scheduling the candidates for interviews.
Making the candidates understand the standards/culture of the organization and convincing the candidates to join.
Hands on working Experience in Internet Recruitment Sites like Job Portal , Career Builder, Etc.
Executed and Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports for evaluating the performance of the Team leads, Recruiters and Sourcing Executives and overall Performance Analysis and Evaluations

Note: Work from Office and face to face Interview.
