Dear Candidates,

We have got some urgent openings for the position of ASST. SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER with one of the F-500 multinational Life Insurance companies.

Positions are based at Nearby

Salary: Negotiable(Fixed)+Incentives+Cashless Family Health Insurance+Bonus+Other Benefits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit Agents(Housewife, Retired Person, Businessman, CAs, Docotrs, Dealers, Distributors, Shop keeper, etc.)
Develop various sources of agent hiring (Person Social Contacts & references) & build a team of agents & agent pipeline.

Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits.

Field demonstration (FODs)

Work with the agent on planning and reviewing activities and goals.

Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same

Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.

Maintain agent proactivity as per business plan

Desired profile: He/She Must be a minimum graduate with the experience of 2yrs to 14 years in Sales, Marketing etc.

Must possess good communication skills.

Remuneration is the best in the industry.
