Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of annual operating plan and costs management in alignment with com-pany's mission.
  • Implement strategy, business models, pricing, and financial management, Investments
  • Recruiting and Supervising entire accounts dept staff coordinating with C.A.s, statutory authorities and banks
  • Ensuring that adequate fund is available for the planned growth. Support in obtaining credit facilities including interaction with banks
  • Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances & managing payable, receivables, GST
  • Accountable for maintaining various MIS related to Finance
  • Monitoring inflow / outflow of funds while taking adequate measures to ensure utilization of funds towards accomplishment of objectives
  • Finalization of Loan documentation and disbursement of loans
  • Co-ordination with due diligence agencies for financial due diligence and project valuation if any
  • Finalization of financial statement quarterly and annually and preparation of consolidated Financial Statement
  • The incumbent will be single handedly responsible and accountable for doing budgeting exercise/arranging for finance providers / management of accounts and taxation/ government compliances under various acts for the organization.
  • The incumbent will be a signatory on the financial statements and its validity along with directors of the company.
  • The incumbent will be develop and lay down policies in respect of finances and accounts impacting sales, purchase, HR cost, vendor cost, service cost. 
  • Ensure proper exports documentation including generating Invoice, Packing list, Exports Incentives like
  • Export Promotion Capital Goods, Merchandise Exports from IndiaScheme, Advance license, Duty drawback & its tracking, Licenses utilisation & closure procedure
  • Leading the meetings with all the governmental officials while their visit to company.
  • Ensure renewal of the legal licenses
  • Inventory review, analysis and reconciliation
  • Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders; attend meetings and represent the company

Requisite Skills:

  • Strong in all financial aspects Budgeting, Taxation, Banking, MIS , cash management
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in both a commercial and finance background with a proven track record in business transformation, providing strategic commercial and financial guidance to senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic business management including: preparation and implementation of finance strategy, risk management policy, business plans, budgets and financial reports.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative.
  • Knowledge on Export management

Education:

CA/ CWA in Finance/Cost Accountancy/MBA Finance

Preferred Domain:

Manufacturing company, Steel, Aluminium

Relevant Experience:

Must have at least 10-15 years work

Total Experience:

20-25 yrs
