Job Description

Technical Support is a position hired by a company to oversee and maintain their computer hardware and software systems. Their skills are an asset to the company, as they assist in resolving technical issues concerning customer's accounts or company software infrastructure.

Technical Support Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
Log bugs and enhancement requests.
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.

Technical Support Qualifications / Skills : IT, BCA MCA, Diploma
Salary-26,000/- to 75,000/-PM
Minimum Age-18 Years

Skills-Knowledge of IT
