We are urgently hiring a back office assistant for a metal trading and export company in Kolkata.
Job Responsibility
1. Client Communication and Follow up
2. Preparing reports
3. Administrative work
4. Export documentation
The incumbent should be proficient in MS office, and advanced excel.
Should be internet savvy. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Someone who has worked for the Metal industry, manufacturing and export companies would be preferred.
Should have at least 5 years of experience in the back office, client communication and office administration
Salary - 20k - 25k (no PF and ESI)
