Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location : NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Remote

Right candidates needs to manage end to end recruitment lifecycle. Understand Talent Pool availability as per the requirement and plan hiring strategy accordingly. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for screening, scheduling, interviewing, and follow through until the candidate joins
Understand the Industry and environment the business operates in
Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organisation
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
Experience in sourcing Resumes from various sources like job boards/Portals, Screening via Tele-calls, and short listing the candidates.
Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers basis the JD provided and softer nuances shared
Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular trackers and status reports
Strong Communication skills and Managerial Skills, Ability to learn quickly and to work individually / Team, as well as to collaborate with Managerial teams.
Highly self-motivated and directed with strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Good Knowledge of IT recruitment and IT technologies.
Past hiring experience in PLM (Teamcenter) is a plus.
